How do I track my Order?

After you have placed your order, you will be sent a confirmation email. In the confirmation email you will be given a unique order number. Your order number gives you the ability to track your order. Please allow for 2-3 business days for Serene to process your order. I have a billing question?

Once an order has been placed, payment won’t be charged until the order has been shipped. Any pre-authorization for failed or canceled orders will drop off your account within 1-7 business days depending on your financial institution. Sephora.com will collect payment and post the actual amount of the purchase only when your order is shipped from our warehouse.

I want to cancel my order?

Cancellations may be made 24 hour after an order has been placed. If it has been over 24 hours and the order has been already shipped, a full refund cannot be issued.
